SUBJECT: Trail de Paris Rehabilitation Bids

BACKGROUND: $215,000 budget originally discussed; put out to bid and opened on July 13,
2015. Two bids were received — Richard Drake for $362,528 and 5W for $397,615.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Now in the process of rebid after valve engineering and specification
revisions.
BUDGET: Not applicable.
RECOMMENDATION: Request rejection of said bids.
