1. Call meeting to order — Richard Manning Chair
2. Citizens' Input
(Persons desiring to address the Paris EDC Board must limit their presentation to no more than
two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an
existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the Paris
EDC, Board Members or employees are not appropriate for citizens' input.)
3. Discuss and possibly take action on Capital One's request for a list of those authorized to use a
PEDC credit card.
4. Discuss and possibly take action on infrastructure support for Turner Industries.
5. Discuss and possible take action on Bonham Street and Industrial Park cleanup.
6. Discuss and possibly approve Minutes of August 25, 2015 Meeting & September 8, 2015 Meeting.
7. Discuss and possibly approve August 2015 Financials.
8. Discuss and possibly take action on budget amendments for the 2014 -15 fiscal year and proposed
budget for 2015 -16 fiscal year.
9. Convene into Executive Session:
(a) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate the
purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
(b) Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Governmental Code: 1) to deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a
public officer or employee; or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or
employee.: Executive Director
10. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session.
11. Discuss Future Agenda Items.
12. Adjourn
