SUBJECT: APPOINTMENTS TO THE MAIN STREET ADVISORY BOARD
DATE: September 22, 2015
BACKGROUND: Policies and Procedures for Boards, Commissions, and Committees adopted
by City Council allow for the appointment of a board member when a vacancy occurs.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Beatrice Ardila and Nancy Waldrum resigned from the Main Street
Advisory Board leaving two vacant positions, and city staff has received three applications.
Applicants are Pat Conrad (8 -25- 2015); Laurie Redus (9 -1 -2015) and Harriet Wilson (9 -21-
2015)
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Appoint two members to fill the vacancies on the Main Street Advisory
Board.
