SUBJECT: PARIS EMS NORTH STATION CB 297 FINAL PLAT
DATE: October 6, 2015
BACKGROUND: The City of Paris owns Lot part of 12 & part of 13 of City Block 297 located
at 2310 & 2320 N.W. 19th Street. The property is currently zoned Light Industrial District (LI).
The lot is served by water and sewer mains along 19t` Street frontage. The Planning & Zoning
Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 6 -0 on October 5, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The City of Paris is proposing to construct an EMS Station. It appears
that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
