SUBJECT: PARIS PUBLIC STORAGE ADDITION CB 281 FINAL PLAT
DATE: October 6, 2015
BACKGROUND: The Blakes own Lot 3D of City Block 281 located at 1640 Clement Road.
The property is currently zoned Commercial District (C) with a Specific Use Permit of 55 (Self -
storage /mini warehouse). The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat by
a vote of 6 -0 on October 5, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The Blakes are proposing to construct a self - storage /mini warehouse. It
appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
