Call meeting to order and roll call.
Meeting was called to order by Ruth Ann Alsobrook, Vice Chair at 4:04 p.m.
Quorum present (Linda Knox arrived at 4:09 p.m)
2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting (September 9, 2015).
A motion was made by Commissioner Peeples to accept the minutes as presented, seconded by
Commissioner Dux, Motion carried.
3. Consideration of and action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness:
50 North Main- Michael Mosher.
Michael Mosher presented the Certificate ofAppropriateness and answered the
commissioner's questions. Mr. Mosher stated he had a flood and that triggered some much
needed repairs and updates. Mr. Mosher was accompanied by Mrs. Mosher and their son Mr.
Roland Mosher.
A motion was made by Commissioner Dux to approve the changes to the windows and remove
doors as presented. Commissioner Peeples seconded, Motion carried.
4. Adjournment
A motion was made to adjourn by Commissioner Knox, Commissioner Alcorn seconded,
motion carried
Meeting adjourned at 4:17 p.m.
