SUBJECT: CHANGES FOR MEETING DATES IN NOVEMBER & DECEMBER
DATE: October 15, 2015
BACKGROUND: Normally in November and December, the City Council meetings are
rescheduled and /or cancelled due to the holidays and accompanying conflicts in scheduling.
STATUS OF ISSUE: According to the regular meeting schedule, City Council meetings are
scheduled for November 9, November 23, December 14, and December 28. November 23 is the
week of Thanksgiving and December 28 is immediately following the week of Christmas. If
City Council desires, they could cancel the November 23 and December 28 meetings and/or
reschedule those meetings for different dates.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Provide direction to staff.
