FINAL PLAT
DATE: November 5, 2015
BACKGROUND: American Plant Food Corporation owns Lot 1 and 2 of City Block 188
located at 1231 S.E. 6t" Street. The property is currently zoned Light Industrial District (LI).The
Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 5 -0 on November 2,
2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: American Plant Food Corporation is proposing to reconstruct the
electrical room outside the existing structure. In the near future, American Plant Food
Corporations would like to reconstruct the facility. It appears that the preliminary plat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
