BACKGROUND: The First United Methodist Church of Paris, Texas, Inc. owns Lots 1 -9 of
City Block 25 & 184 located at 322 & 430 Lamar Avenue. The property is currently zoned
Central Area District (CA). The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat
by a vote of 5 -0 on November 2, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The First United Methodist Church of Paris, Texas, Inc. is proposing to
plat their nine lots together. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris
subdivision regulations.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
