Commissioner Alsobrook called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m. and welcomed the newest Commissioner,
Pat Conrad. Quorum present
A motion was made Commissioner Dux to approve minutes of September 28, 2015 meeting, seconded by
Commissioner Peeples; motion carried 7 -0
A motion was made by Commissioner Knox to elect Ruth Ann Alsobrook as Chair of the Commission,
seconded by Commissioner Allcorn; motion carried 7 -0 *Commissioner Alsobrook was currently serving
as vice- chair, so a new vice chair was nominated.
A motion was made to by Commissioner Dux to elect Cindy Alcorn as Vice — Chair of the Commission,
seconded by Commissioner Knox; motion carried 7— 0 *Commissioner Allcorn will serve as Vice- Chair and
Secretary.
Commissioner Alsobrook requested the HPO check with Code Enforcement office on historic houses that are
potentially listed for demolition.
Regularly scheduled meeting adjourned at 4:08 P.m.
