BACKGROUND: The Pastor Charles Wallace of Faith Tabernacle Baptist Church is on Lot 1 of
City Block 51 -B located at 360 N.W. 11th Street. The property is currently zoned Two - Family
Dwelling District (2F). The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat by a
vote of 7 -0 on December 7, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Faith Tabernacle Baptist Church is proposing to construct an addition to
the south of the existing structure. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris
subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
