FINAL PLAT

BACKGROUND: Bud Mistry owns Lot part of 3B of City Block 317 located at 3505 N.E. Loop
286. The property is currently zoned Light Industrial District (LI). The Planning & Zoning
Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 7 -0 on December 7, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Bud Mistry is proposing to construct a storage room on the back of the
building. The storage room will have to have a two hour fire rated wall on the north, south, west
sides of the structure and also the ceiling. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of
Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
