FINAL PLAT

BACKGROUND: Texas Farm Bureau own Lot 2 -13 of City Block 339 located at 805 S.W. Loop
286. The property is currently zoned Light Industrial District (LI). The lot is served by water
and sewer mains along the Loop 286 frontage. The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to
approve the final plat by a vote of 7 -0 on December 7, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Texas Farm Bureau is proposing to expand the business that currently
exists. They are proposing to add an addition to the west side of the existing structure. It
appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
