REPLAT PLAT
DATE: December 8, 2015
BACKGROUND: Calvary United Methodist Church owns Lot 1, 2, 3, 4, and part of 5 of Block
2 of Hayes Heights located at 3105 Lamar Avenue. The property is currently zoned Single -
Family District No. 2 (SF -2). The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final
plat by a vote of 7 -0 on December 7, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Calvary United Methodist Church is proposing to expand the church that
currently exists. They are proposing to add an addition to the northeast corner of the existing
structure. It appears that the replat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
