BACKGROUND: Gary Isenberg owns Lot 25 of City Block 323 located in the 2900 Block of
N.W. 19th Street. The property is currently zoned Agriculture District (A). The Planning &
Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 7 -0 on December 7, 2015.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Gary Isenberg is proposing to construct a single family dwelling. It
appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
