1. Commissioner Alsobrook called the meeting to order 4:00 p.m. quorum present
2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting (November 11, 2015) A motion was made to
approve the minutes by Commissioner Knox, seconded by Commissioner Dux, Motion carried
6 -0
3. Consideration of and action on the following facade grants 50 N. Main Street.
After considerable discussion on the facade grant process a motion was made by
Commissioner Dux to approve a $2,500 facade grant contingent on all receipts
being furnished and compliance with the Certificate of Appropriateness, seconded
by Commissioner Knox. Motion carried 6 -0
4. Historic Preservation Officer presented a list of COA's given administratively for the month of
October and requested resumes from the commissioners to be sent to Texas Historical
Commission.
5. Commissioner Alsobrook requested two things be put on the agenda for December for
discussion A. Compliance procedures for COA B. Community Outreach Activities
HPO told the group she would contact the state CLG listsery and request outreach activities
and forward to the commissioners as they come in.
6. A motion to adjourn was made at 4:55 p.m. by Commissioner Dux seconded by Commissioner
Commissioner Peeples. Motion carried 6 -0
Next meeting scheduled December 9 at 4:00 p.m.
