Richard Manning, Chairman called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m.
Citizens Input•
Michael Glatfelter addressed the Board stating "a lot of money was found missing in this
organization, and yet there is no clear plan in place to recover those monies." Mr. Glatfelter went
on to say: "I among other people would like to know what would give you people motivation to
put something in plan to recover those lost monies. Ah, some people feel that it would be too
(unintelligible) just move on and just forget about it. Ah, this is too much money to move on and
forget about, so I think uh it would restore faith in this organization, you need to lay out a clear
plan on how you're gonna recover those lost monies. People were responsible for that money and
they should be held accountable to replace that money. Okay, we'll be waiting. Thank you."
Convene into Executive Session:
The Board convened into Executive Session at 3:46pm.
Reconvene into Open Session:
The Board reconvened into open session at 5:36pm. Mr. Brockman motioned to allow the
Chairman to negotiate an employment contract for an Executive Director. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Banks. The motion carried 4 -0. Mr. Brockman motioned to authorize the
Treasurer to make an offer on Project Railroad Spur. The motion was seconded by Mr. Banks.
The motion carried 4 -0.
Future Agenda Items:
Mr. Wilson mentioned the upcoming RFP for future agenda items.
Motion to Adiourn:
Mr. Banks motioned to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Wilson seconded the motion. The motion
carried 4 -0.
