2. Approval of Minutes from prior meeting(s).
3. Discuss and possible act on:
• Professional Liability Insurance
• DSRIP Audit
• Reports
a. Prior Month(s) Monthly Report
b. Prior Month(s) Clinic Numbers
c. Prior Month(s) Treasurer's Report, Profit and Loss
• Yearly Evaluations for Dr- Green and Mrs. Prestridge
4. Convene into Executive session, Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee;
or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer of employee as follows: duties, reassignment, evaluation and /or
complaint against a Paris -Lamar County Health District employee.
5. Reconvene into Open Session, deliberate and possibly take action on the matters discussed in Executive Session.
6. Time and place of next meeting — March 21a` @ 5:30 p.m.
7. New business to be placed on next agenda for discussion.
8. Adjourn meeting.
