• Reports

b. Prior Month(s) Clinic Numbers
c. Prior Month(s) Treasurer's Report, Profit and Loss
• Yearly Evaluations for Dr. Green and Mrs. Prestridge
4. Convene into Executive Session, Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee;
or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer of employee as follows: duties, reassignment, evaluation and /or
complaint against a Paris -Lamar County Health District employee.
5. Reconvene into Open Session, deliberate and possibly take action on the matters discussed in Executive Session.
6. Time and place of next meeting —March 21 5t @ 5:30 p.m.
7. New business to be placed on next agenda for discussion.
8. Adjourn meeting.
