BACKGROUND: Ruby Fuller owns Lot 4 of City Block 176 located in the 300 Block of S.W.
3`d Street. The property is currently zoned Central Area District (CA). The Planning & Zoning
Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 7 -0 on February 7, 2016.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Ruby Fuller is proposing to construct a residential home. It appears that
the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
