BACKGROUND: Toby Adams owns Lot 12 of City Block 305 located at 1415 N.W. 19`h
Street. The property is currently has a split zoning Commercial District (C) and Single - Family
Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2). The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final
plat by a vote of 7 -0 on February 7, 2016.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Toby Adams is proposing to construct a 3000sf shop building for
residential use only. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision
regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
