FINAL PLAT
DATE: March 8, 2016
BACKGROUND: Skyler Burchinal owns Lot 3 of City Block 44 located at 655 Graham Street.
The property is currently zoned General Retail District (GR). The Planning & Zoning
Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 7 -0 on February 7, 2016.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Skyler Burchinal is proposing to construct apartments on the existing
slabs. It appears that the final plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
