SUBJECT: STONE RIDGE PHASE 7
FINAL PLAT

BACKGROUND: Mr. Mark Cunningham and Mr. Larry Cunningham have developed Stone
Ridge Subdivision off FM 195. They currently own a tract of land at the west wend of Boulder
Lane. The property is NOT in the City Limits of the City of Paris. However the City of Paris
Subdivision Regulations apply within the City's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The Planning
& Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat by a vote of 7 -0 on February 7, 2016.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The Cunningham's are proposing to add five additional lots to the Stone
Ridge Subdivision. This five lot addition will require Boulder Lane to be extended as well as
water lines, sewer lines and some channel improvements. It appears that the final plat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
