2. Approval of minutes from previous meeting. (March 7, 2016)
3. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Sequoia Brown on
behalf of Russell and Leslie Stidham for a change in zoning from Single - Family Dwelling
District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Two - Family Dwelling District (217), on Block B, Lot 24, of the
Willowcrest #2 Addition, being located in the 2600 Block of Crescent Drive.
4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris, to
delete, modify, and add certain land uses in the Central Area Zoning District in the Paris,
Texas Zoning Ordinance No. 1710
5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of the City of Paris, to
include the definition of "solar farm" and allow said use to be permitted in Agricultural,
Light Industrial, and Heavy Industrial Zoning Districts, with regulations, in the Paris,
Texas Zoning Ordinance No. 1710.
6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Leatherman
Addition CB 126, located 746 W Kauffman Street.
7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Leatherman Addition CB
126, located 746 W Kaufman Street.
8. Adjournment.
