Agreement(s) between the principals and others, and all sequential Amended Security
and /or Promissory Notes to such an Agreement or Agreements, and any addendums to
the Agreement or Agreements co- extensive with the term of the PEDC Taxable Sales Tax

Packaging, Inc., minutes concerning acquisition of Precision Printing and Packaging,
Inc., by another firm, investor, or group of investors asking the PEDC for financing; plus
minutes and /or documents of the PEDC's agreement or role in security interim financing
or "bridge loans "; the amount of such financing, including pledged security or collateral
to or by the PEDC for the acquisition by investors and /or purchasers of Precision Printing
and Packaging; and agreements or contracts relating to an Intent to Purchase or the sale
of Precision Printing and Packaging, Inc., to the Investors or Purchasers. Response
