2. Discuss and approve funding for Paris Balloon and Music Festival requested by Paris
Blues Society on July 15th and 16th, 2016 — requested $2500.00
3. Discuss and approve funding for dog show that was held March 18, 19, 20, 2016.
"Mondioring Trial" sponsored by Texas K9 — requested $2500.00
4. Women's Conference — "Esther to the Front Line sponsored by Kingdom Minded
Ministries on June P and 4th, 2016 — requested $2500.00
5. Approve funding toward expenses for "Holiday in Paris" to help City of Paris Parks and
Recreation with cost of live reindeer on display at Santa's Hut on Saturday, November
th, 2016 at the Tree Lighting and on Friday, December 2 "d

6. Approval of donation of $1,000 to Archers for Christ in the memory of Scotty Norrell
Representing the Scotty Norrell Memorial Shoot during ASA.
7. Approve funding for up to 4 hotel rooms for the callers associated with Texas Square
Dancer's Convention in October, 2016 to continue holding convention here in Paris.
