1. Call meeting to order Jill Drake 4:35 pm
Absent:
Becky Semple, Chamber Liaison
2. Welcome two new members: Cody Kelley and Randy Hider. Jill Drake had each member introduce
themselves and describe their Committees.
3. Citizens Forum: Alan Efussy Presented an Exhibit "A" that represented land uses recommended by staff to
be deleted from the CA Zone. The MSAB had no objection to the proposed deletion and provided support.
4. Approval of minutes of February 4, 2016. Motion was made by Glee Emmite and seconded by Phillip
Peeples. The motion carried.
5. Coordinator report: Cheri Bedford:
a. Resignation of Missy Starnes- discussion followed asking Cheri Bedford to go to City Council and have an
applicant appointed to fill her unexpired term.
b. March 21 Ceremony marking of Great Fire of Paris- Bagpipe, Parade, Relatives of the Survivors of Fire,
School Children, Solemn Ceremony - There is a rain plan
c. Farmers Market Opens May 7, 2016- Lots of interest - Providence Ranch opened a business as a result of
participation in Market
d. Wine Fest- April 9, 2016 Tickets sale are at 349 this year the total for sale is 400
e. Save April 23, 2016 for dedication and opening ceremony of the Community Park at noon - Restroom is
coming together nice
6. Committee Reports -
a. Promotions- Jill Drake — no report
b. PDA /Design -Glee Emmite- Postcards ready for sale with proceeds going to Grand Reclamation
C. HPC /HC- Phillip Peeples -No report
d. Promotions- Cheri Bedford- Wine Fest supplies are coming in and volunteers will be need to help-
Bags and wine glasses are ordered and are here.
e. VCC /Chamber- Laura Redus reported that Student Crime Stoppers Convention has been booked
for next year in April.
7. Future agenda items: Possible Bike Lanes
8. Jill Drake, Chairman excused herself and Glee Emmite, Vice Chairman conducted the remainder of
meeting.

10. Motion to adjourn was made by made by Phillip Peeples Second by Laura Redus. Motion carried. at 5:17
pm.
