3. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Franz Thiessen on
behalf of Lee Larue Trustee Estate of Billy Larue for a change in zoning from Commercial
District (C) and Single- Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Commercial District (C)
with a Specific Use Permit (55 -Self Storage/Mini Warehouse), on Lot 10, of City Block
316, being located at 3380 N.E. Loop 286.
4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Wayne Brown on
behalf of Gerald and Lisa Fulton for a change in zoning from Agricultural District (A) to a
Multi - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (MF -2) on Tract -63, A208 E Crow Survey, being
located at 4310 Pine Mill Road.
5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Brookshire 14
Addition, located at 925 Clarksville Street.
