Chairman Turk called the meeting to order at 4:03 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' forum: <br />No one came forward to speak to the citizens forum. <br />3. Review meeting minutes of April 8th, 2026 <br />A motion was made to approve the minutes ofApril 8, 2026, by Commissioner Emmite, <br />seconded by Commissioner Turk, motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />4. Receive resignation from Lalonna West <br />Ms Bedford informed the commission that Commissioner West had to resign. No action <br />taken. <br />5. Election of office in lieu of the resignation of Ms. West (Secretary). <br />This item was tabled until July when new board members are present and all officers will <br />be elected. <br />6. Discussion and possible action on the following fagade grant reimbursement request: HD2 <br />A. $2000 Residential Structure facade grant #26000003-509 S. Main ST- Mr. Asay <br />Mr. Asay provided photos of the completed project and the receipts to validate the <br />expenditure. He was present to give an overview of the work done. Chairman Turk <br />
