C. Neither for nor against the petition. <br />A.D. Thompson, 3920 Alpine Drive, spoke neither for nor against the petition. Mr. <br />Thompson had questions about the distance between the structures and the property <br />lines. Shane Grissom, Engineering Technician stated that the site plan show a 30 <br />foot set back. Mr. Thompson asked if he could have a copy of the site plan. Alan <br />Efrussy, Planning Manager gave him his copy. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Mike Folmar, seconded by Robert Spain to approve the petition, <br />subject to the planning manager's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Wayne Brown on <br />behalf of Gerald and Lisa Fulton for a change in zoning from Agricultural District (A) to a <br />Multi - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (MF -2) on Tract -63, A208 E Crow Survey, being <br />located at 4310 Pine Mill Road. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />A. One individual spoke in favor. <br />Wayne Brown, 3305 Darnell Drive, Paris, Texas, spoke in favor of the petition. Mr. <br />Brown stated that he wants to continue to construct more multi - family homes in <br />this area to be accessed off Pine Mill Road. <br />B. No one spoke in opposition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Barney Bray, seconded by John Lee to approve the petition, subject to <br />the planning manager's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />S. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Brookshire 14 <br />Addition, located at 925 Clarksville Street. <br />Shane Grissom reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />John Lee, seconded by Barney Bray to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the <br />engineering technician's recommendation.
