Discussion and Possible Action on the Fagade Grant Application. 7 South Plaza: Matt Coyle <br />A motion was made to approve up to a $2,500 grant for the Favade Replacement and repair <br />by Commissioner Alarid, Seconded by Commissioner Steely; motion carried 4 – 0. <br />6. Review on Design Standards: This item was tabled to the next meeting. <br />A. David Alarid Architectural Heritage and Development Pages 36 -39. <br />B. Skipper Steely - Styles and Influence Pages 40 – 44. <br />HPO Report: Commissioners asked where the house was located and who owned it. No other <br />questions were asked. <br />COA #2016 - 047 -Roof replacement 1220 S. Main Street. <br />7. Future Agenda items: Commissioner Steely asked for city attorney to come to the meeting and <br />explain the acquisition of houses, Commissioner Steely also requested discussion on the First <br />National Bank building. <br />8.
