Mr. Flowers referenced senior citizens sometime turn off their
gas to save money in the summer, that Atmos has to inspect it and that a citizen should not have
to pay a plumber when Atmos has inspected it already. Mr. Flowers said the City of Reno does
not require their citizens to hire a plumber, because if there is a problem Atmos will not allow it
to be turned on.
