ORDINANCE NO. 99-007 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISIDNG A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) ON LOTS 2,3, AND 4, CITY BLOCK 243, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO D. C. FORD, MICHAEL USRY, AND LA FREIDA STONE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) AND GENERAL RETAIL (GR); DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 1, 1999. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) be, and the same is hereby, established on LOTS 2,3, AND 4, CITY BLOCK 243, on property belonging to D. C. FORD, MICHAEL USRY, AND LA FREIDA STONE, so as to include in such MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-l) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) AND GENERAL RETAIL (GR), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, being Lots 2, 3, and 4, City Block 243, and being more particularly described as follows: LOT 2: BEGINNING at a point for comer, being the Southeast comer of Lot 2 and being the Northwest corner of the intersection of Bonham Street and 25th Street N.W.; THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street a distance of 269 feet to a point for corner, being the Southwest comer of said Lot 2; THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 2 a distance of 180 feet to a point for corner, being the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; THENCE East a distance of 269 feet to a point for corner in the West Boundary Line of 25th Street N. W., being the Northeast comer of said Lot 2; THENCE South along the West Boundary Line of 25th Street N.W. a distance of 180 feet to the place of beginning.
