<br />ORDINANCE NO. 99-007 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY <br />OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY <br />THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISIDNG A MULTIPLE FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) ON LOTS 2,3, AND 4, CITY BLOCK 243, ON <br />PROPERTY BELONGING TO D. C. FORD, MICHAEL USRY, AND LA FREIDA STONE, <br />SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE- <br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) AND GENERAL RETAIL (GR); <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-l) SO ESTABLISHED; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO <br />EXCEED $2,000.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN <br />CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH <br />1, 1999. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance <br />No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby, changed, and that a <br />MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1) be, and the same is hereby, <br />established on LOTS 2,3, AND 4, CITY BLOCK 243, on property belonging to D. C. FORD, <br />MICHAEL USRY, AND LA FREIDA STONE, so as to include in such MULTIPLE FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF-l) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br />and is presently designated as a ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO.2 (SF-2) AND <br />GENERAL RETAIL (GR), and that the boundaries of said MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO.1 (MF-1), be, and the same are hereby, established as follows: <br /> <br />SITUA TED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of <br />Lamar, and State of Texas, being a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, being Lots 2, <br />3, and 4, City Block 243, and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />LOT 2: <br />BEGINNING at a point for comer, being the Southeast comer of Lot 2 and <br />being the Northwest corner of the intersection of Bonham Street and 25th Street <br />N.W.; <br />THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street a distance <br />of 269 feet to a point for corner, being the Southwest comer of said Lot 2; <br />THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 2 a distance of <br />180 feet to a point for corner, being the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; <br />THENCE East a distance of 269 feet to a point for corner in the West <br />Boundary Line of 25th Street N. W., being the Northeast comer of said Lot 2; <br />THENCE South along the West Boundary Line of 25th Street N.W. a <br />distance of 180 feet to the place of beginning. <br />
