LOT 3: BEGINNING at a point for comer in the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, being the Southeast corner of Lot 3; THENCE East along the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street a distance of 105 feet to a point for comer, being the Southwest comer of said Lot 3; THENCE North a distance of 285 feet to a point for corner, being the Northwest comer of said Lot 3; THENCE West a distance of 105 feet to a point for corner, being the Northeast comer of said Lot 3; THENCE South a distance of 285 feet to the place of beginning, being in the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, and being the Southeast comer of said Lot 3. LOT 4: BEGINNING at the Southeast comer of a lot deeded from J. A. Rice to L. B. Rice, the same being on the North Boundary Line of the Good Roads extension of the Boulevard or Bonham Street; THENCE West along the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street a distance of 105 feet to a point for corner, being the Southwest Corner of Lot 4; THENCE North along the West Boundary Line of said Lot 4 a distance of 285 feet to a point for comer, being the Northwest comer of said Lot 4; THENCE East a distance of 105 feet to a point for corner, being the Northeast comer of said Lot 4; THENCE South a distance of 285 feet to the place of beginning in the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, being number 2500 Bonham Street. Section 2. That the Chief Building Official of the City of Paris be, and he is hereby, directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $2,000.00, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of the above-enumerated sections shall constitute and be deemed a separate offense. Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective March 1, 1999.
