The meeting was called to order 4:01 P.M by Commissioner Dux <br />2. A motion was made to approve the minutes of the December 14, 2016 meeting by <br />Commissioner Alarid, seconded by Commissioner Steely, motion carried 6 -0 <br />3. Consent Agenda items: <br />Discussion and possible action regarding the following structures considered by code <br />inspectors to be in violation of Article III of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City <br />of Paris, Paris, Texas, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures," to <br />determine whether such buildings or structures can be rehabilitated and designated on the <br />National Register of Historic Places, as a recorded Texas Historic Landmark, or as historic <br />property as designated by the City Council of the City of Paris. <br />Commissioner Steely made a motion to remove items A. C.• 910 W Chera building <br />behind garage), and D: 204 NW 241h from the consent agenda for discussion, and <br />approve the consent agenda Items B: 427 NW 11 112 Street, E: 1248 NW 161h, and F: <br />344 NW 5th to be sent to the Buildings and Standards Commission.
