<br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the South Boundary Line of said <br />Council tract of land, said point being South 85 Deg. East a distance of 294 feet <br />from the Southwest corner of same, said point for corner being the Southeast <br />corner of a 0.78 acre tract of land conveyed Nathan Bell by Estelle Council; <br />THENCE North 4 Deg. West a distance of 175 feet to a stake for comer at <br />the Northeast corner of said Bell tract of land; <br />THENCE North 85 Deg. West a distance of 200 feet to a stake for corner <br />at the Northwest corner of said Bell tract of land; <br />THEN CE North 4 Deg . West along the East Boundary Line of U. S. <br />Highway 271 a distance of 150 feet to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE South 85 Deg. East a distance of 250 feet to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE South 4 Deg. East a distance of 325 feet to a stake for corner in <br />the South Boundary Line of said Council tract of land; <br />THENCE North 85 Deg. West along the West Boundary line of Stone <br />A venue a distance of 50 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.06 acres of <br />land. Being Tract 1 conveyed North Lamar Independent School District by deed <br />recorded in Volume 585, Page 108, Real Property Records, Lamar County, Texas. <br /> <br />Tract 10 <br /> <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, <br />Texas, being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey, Abstract No. 786, being a part <br />of tract six (6) as shown in Will of Sarah A.
