The property is a total burn out and the shed needs to go also. <br />Christi Lenoir told the Committee that she just received the letter about the <br />meeting today and has not had time to talk to Mr. Lenoir. She just asked for time <br />to speak with Richard Lenoir. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Wendell Moore to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />H. 658 & 646 NW 4th, City of Paris, Block 90A, Lot 1 & 2 <br />Owner: Ruby Jewell Ladell 658 & 646 NW 4th Paris, TX 75460 <br />$437.28 in back taxes owed. <br />The certified letter for returned undeliverable. <br />Robert Talley stated that this property is a double lot and we are talking about 646 <br />NW 4th. There's deteriorating and missing wood, deterioration of the foundation, <br />the west side of the house is sinking, it's unsecure with broken windows, the roof <br />line is deteriorating, there's a stack of tires at the back of the house, and the roof <br />is swaying and buckling in. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Jon McFadden, seconded by Sally McEwin to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />I. 745 W Cherry, City of Paris, Block 52, Lot 5 <br />Owner: Martha Wright 745 W Cherry Paris, TX 75460 <br />$65.75 in back taxes owed. <br />Robert Talley stated that he talked to Mrs. Wright once and then sent the certified <br />mail out and it was signed for but there has been no contact since they received <br />the certified mail. <br />Robert Talley stated that the porch is leaning to the west, the underpinning is <br />buckling, there are holes in the roof, it's unsecure with broken windows, and the <br />shed in the back of the property is in bad shape also. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish the entire property if <br />not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil <br />penalty. <br />
