No taxes owed. <br />Robert Talley showed pictures where the shingles are protruding, deterioration of <br />the foundation, hole in the roof, limbs on the roof, carport has collapsed. Since <br />Mrs. Daniels has been contacted the carport has been removed and they have put <br />temporary patches on the roof. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair if not the property will <br />be brought back to the committee. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Jon McFadden to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />F. 646 NW 5th, City of Paris, Block 89A, Lot 3 -A <br />Owner: Bobby Charles Harris 425 SW 18th Paris, TX 75460 <br />No contact has been made with the owner. <br />No taxes owed. <br />Mr. Talley stated that the south side of the structure is sinking; the carport is <br />falling to the South also. The roof line is deteriorating, there's missing and <br />deteriorating wood, the back door is leaking so they put up plastic over it and the <br />foundation has damage. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Jon McFadden to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />G. 667 NW 5th, City of Paris, Block 82, Lot East PT of 9 <br />Owner: This property just sold: Tierra Group LLC C/O Scott Horton or Brandon <br />Waites 4200 S. Hulen STE 533 FT. Worth, TX 76109 <br />Robert Talley received a letter to ask the Committee to table this property until <br />the sell is complete. <br />$291.36 in back taxes owed <br />Robert Talley stated that the foundation has damage, it has deteriorating and <br />missing wood, the roof leaks, the walls splitting causing a gap between the walls <br />and the roof, and it's unsecure. Don Wilson asked Stephanie Harris if the <br />committee could table this property. Mrs. Harris stated we could table the <br />property if it's not a safety issue. Robert Talley stated that there is no safety issue <br />with this property. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Table this property for 60 days. <br />Motion was made by Zac Saffle, seconded by Jonny Norris to table this <br />property for 60 days. Motion carried unanimously. 6 -0 <br />Request was made by Robert Talley to move to item 3. M., 425 N 19th 2045 W Plum, <br />City of Paris, Block 242, Lot 6 -B & 6 -C <br />
