the yard and the siding has been stripped off in places. There is foundation <br />damage and the front door won't shut as a result. There is insulation hanging <br />from the ceiling where it looks like people are coming in and probably stripping <br />the wire out. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Wendell Moore, seconded by Johnny Norris to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 <br />G. 1536 NE 10th, East Park Addition, Block D, Lot 5 <br />Owner: Berdie Pierce & Nicholle Pierce Granderson, 4135 Dolbain Dr Spring, <br />TX 77373 <br />$279.06 in back taxes owed. <br />No contact has been made with the owners. <br />Robert Talley showed pictures of the front door being open, windows removed, <br />paint chipping and deterioration along the roof line. The furniture inside has <br />been torn up and there is water damage as well as peeling paint, mold along the <br />bottom of the walls, wires have been stripped. There is a shed in the back that is <br />also dilapidated and unsecure. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 <br />4. Code Enforcement update. <br />(I.) Discussion on how many houses are back logged <br />(2.) 1" and Kaufman — Richard Hunt stopped the leak on the roof. Main <br />Street is working with the owner, there is someone trying to purchase it. <br />(3) 24/26 Clarksville has been completely re- roofed and passed inspection <br />(4) Kenny Kammer's building is still in the court system <br />5. Substandard Structure Flow chart <br />Robert Talley explained the flow chart, which are the procedures that <br />Code Enforcement and the Buildings and Standards Commission use to <br />determine what is done with each property brought before the <br />commission. He also included the ordinances that give the Commission <br />their power <br />6. Adjournment <br />
