He is also getting estimates on roof and <br />porch repair. Mr. Adams stated that there is only one place where the roof leaks <br />and he is going to address that first. He plans on selling the property after he has <br />repaired it. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Vicky Ballard to give Mr. <br />Adams 10 days to secure the property and 90 days to repair the property. <br />Motion carried unanimously. 4 -0 <br />Request was made by Robert Talley to move to item 3. There were building permits pulled for this property but they have since <br />expired. The house has been secured but no other work has been done. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Mr. Sadik stated that he has hired people to work on the house. There is termite <br />damage to two rooms and he is addressing this first, and also repair the ceiling <br />where there is extensive water damage.
