Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Vicky Ballard to give We Reit LLC TLLC 90 days to repair the property, but they must give Robert Talley progress reports every 30 days. Mr. Kamper was appointed as the administrator of Mr. and Mrs. Winfrey's estate. The estate has no money. $299.74 back taxes owed. Robert Talley spoke with James Morrison on the phone. Robert Talley explained that the structures walls are leaning and sinking into the ground and has sunk up to the windows, it has rotted wood, and several complains have been filed with the Code Enforcement department on this property. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. Mr. Kampfer stated that he was appointed to represent the administrator of the Winfrey's will which no longer has funds in it. Mr. Morrison's wife was the only heir to the estate. Mr. Kampfer explained that the property and the property next door were both under a contract with a realtor and since the notification on condemning the property the realtor has rescinded the contract and the contract has to be re- worded. Mr. Kampfer asked for additional time for both properties to sale the properties. Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Zac Saffle for the property owner to demolish the property in 90 days, if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty to the property. Robert Talley showed pictures of deterioration, damage around the porch, unsecure, roof is leaking, water damage, and there are two sheds in the back of the house that are deteriorated also.
