The estate has no <br />money. <br />$299.74 back taxes owed. <br />Robert Talley spoke with James Morrison on the phone. <br />Robert Talley explained that the structures walls are leaning and sinking into the <br />ground and has sunk up to the windows, it has rotted wood, and several complains <br />have been filed with the Code Enforcement department on this property. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />Mr. Kampfer stated that he was appointed to represent the administrator of the <br />Winfrey's will which no longer has funds in it. Mr. Morrison's wife was the only <br />heir to the estate. Mr. Kampfer explained that the property and the property next <br />door were both under a contract with a realtor and since the notification on <br />condemning the property the realtor has rescinded the contract and the contract <br />has to be re- worded.
