She further explained that it was unknown at this time exactly what was behind <br />the existing fagade, and that some minor adjustments to the proposed design could be <br />necessary once the hidden construction is exposed. After further discussion about the <br />fagade reconstruction, Chair Vaughan reiterated that the item included refurbishing the <br />mosaic tile panel, relocating a sign from the applicant's current business location and <br />renovating the fagade. A motion to approve the item as submitted was made by <br />Commissioner Redus and seconded by Vice Chair Cox.
