Robert <br />Talley gave a report about the condition of the property, floor rotten and it was unsecure. <br />The commission also heard a report on the property by council woman Sue Lancaster. <br />Sue Lancaster brought up the fact that the house was not on the 1988 National Register <br />nomination. <br />Motion was made by Ben Vaughn, seconded by Douglas Cox to send the structure to the <br />Building and Standards Commission, since it cannot be rehabilitated nor does it have <br />significant historical value. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />5. The commission discussed the use of stucco in the historic district, no action taken <br />6.
