(Matt Frierson <br />Joined the Meeting.) Bruce Carr made a motion to approve the Minutes as submitted; seconded by <br />Stephen Grubbs. Motion Carried 3 -0. <br />Financials for November had not been received from the City of Paris prior to the Board <br />meeting. <br />Director's Report: <br />Steve Gilbert told those present he would defer his report to the Executive Session portion of the <br />meeting, due to guests present to discuss airport development. His report in Executive Session is <br />confidential, in nature. It includes a detailed status update of current projects in the pipe line <br />(Dead, On Hold /Inactive and Active). <br />Discuss and take action on Update to Airport 10 -year Plan and Airport Development Plans — <br />Shawn Napier, City Engineer and Staff to Airport Board <br />Steve Gilbert told those present that he had met with the City Manager, John Godwin and Shawn <br />Napier, City Engineer, in the past few weeks to discuss how the Paris EDC Board could work with <br />the Airport Advisory Board on development of the Paris Municipal Airport. Shawn Napier <br />introduced Billy Copeland, Chairman of the Airport Advisory Board and Jerry Richey, Airport <br />Manager who were in attendance. Shawn proceeded to go through the Airport Master Plan <br />pertaining to development options (see attached) and said the plan was available to view on the <br />city's website (www.paristexas.gov). He said that of the short-term development (1 -5 years) , 4 of <br />the 9 items had been completed: 1) Rehabilitate Runway 14 -32 (crack seal); 2) Rehabilitate <br />
