Motion was made by James Price, seconded by Mike Folmar to approve the petition. <br />Motion carried 4 -0. <br />Holland Harper arrived at 5:34 p.m. <br />4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Mike and Stephanie <br />Hall for a change in zoning from a Heavy Industrial District (HI) to a Commercial District <br />(C) on Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, City Block 154, being located in the 600 to 1000 Block of West <br />Washington Street. (The applicant has withdrawn this zoning change request.) <br />Shawn Napier stated the property owner has withdrawn the zoning change petition. <br />5. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Patricia C. Taylor for <br />a change in zoning from a General Retail District (GR) to a Commercial District (C) on <br />Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and west half of 24, Sperry's 1 st Addition Block 8, being located at <br />24 N. W. 28th Street, 2750 and 2780 Bonham Street. (The applicant has withdrawn this <br />zoning change request.) <br />Shawn Napier stated the property owner has withdrawn the zoning change petition. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block D, Hilltop <br />Subdivision #2, located in the 400 Block of 25th Street N.E. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Mike <br />Folmar, seconded by Holland Harper to approve the final plat, subject to the City <br />Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Robinson Addition CB 79, <br />located in the 200 Block of West Provine Street. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Jerry <br />Akers, seconded by Holland Harper to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's <br />recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lots 1 and 1 -A, Block C, <br />Morningside North #3, located in the 4300 to 4400 Block of Lamar Avenue. <br />Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by <br />Holland Harper, seconded by James Price to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the <br />City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />9.
