Shawn Napier, City Engineer stated the drainage should be addressed with the construction <br />plans. Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by Keith Barnett to approve the <br />Master Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 7 -0. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Cooper Propane 341 <br />Addition, being located at 3015 South Church Street. <br />Shawn Napier, City Engineer stated the comment was carried over from the master plat <br />comments.
