MINUTES <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PARIS - CITY HALL <br />COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />107 E. KAUFMAN STREET <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2011 <br />5:30 O'CLOCK P.M. <br />1. The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, September 6, <br />2011, was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Dennis Chalaire, Chairman. <br />A. The following members were present: <br />Holland Harper <br />Jerry Akers <br />Dennis Chalaire <br />Richard Hunt <br />Keith Flowers <br />B. The following members were absent: <br />James Price <br />Keith Barnett <br />C. Also present was Jeanna Scott, Planning and Zoning Liaison; and Mayor Hashmi. <br />2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (August 1, 2011) <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the meeting <br />minutes for the August 1, 2011. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the Site Plan for Paris Town Center on <br />Lot 1, Block A, Mirabeau Square 287 Addition, being number 3450 and 3590 Lamar <br />Avenue. <br />Public hearing was declared open. <br />No one spoke in favor of the petition. <br />No one spoke in opposition to the petition. <br />Public hearing was declared closed. <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by a Keith Flowers to approve the site plan <br />subject to the City Engineers recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />
