4. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Trinity Christian <br />Academy Addition CB 323, being located at 2060 Highway 79. <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by Richard Hunt to approve the <br />Preliminary Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Trinity Christian Academy <br />Addition CB 323, being located at 2060 Highway 79. <br />Motion was made by Richard Hunt, seconded by Holland Harper to approve the Final Plat, <br />subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Nepex Realty LTD <br />313 Addition, being located at 3930 Lamar Avenue. <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the Preliminary <br />Plat, subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Nepex Realty LTD 313 <br />Addition, being located at 3930 Lamar Avenue. <br />Motion was made by Holland Harper, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the Final Plat, <br />subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 5 -0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Re -Plat of Lot 5, Block 2, Clements Fairview Addition, <br />being located at 1538 North Main Street. <br />Motion was made by Dennis Chalaire, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the Re -Plat. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />9.
