W. <br />E. 1710 Bonham Street <br />F. 1533 Bonham Street <br />G. 327 East Washington <br />H. 530 East Washington <br />I. 540 East Washington <br />J. 1358 West Booth <br />Motion was made by Britin Bostick, seconded by Lauri Redus to send all structures to the <br />Building and Standards Commission, since they cannot be rehabilitated nor do they have <br />significant historical value. Motion carried 6 -0. <br />7. Report from Britin Bostick, Main Street Advisory Board Liaison. <br />Britin Bostick, Main Street Advisory Board Liaison made report to the commission. Ms. <br />Bostick stated funds have been raised to establish grants that will be made available from <br />Main Street Advisory Board. The Paris Downtown Association is also working on fund <br />raising to have additional funds available. Grants will be available for things like <br />updating plumbing, updating electrical and asbestos surveys /abatements, addressing <br />things that are not covered under the facade grant. Currently we are working together to <br />establish grant amounts and set criteria for applying for them. Main Street would like the <br />commission at some point in the near future consider working with them to match the <br />grant funds. <br />8. Future agenda items. There were none. <br />9.
