These appear to be the <br />original windows and approximately 100 years old, the windows are in such bad <br />shape that we are about to lose the glass out of them. Ms. Bostick further stated <br />they plan to repair the windows to alleviate any hazard to pedestrians. Motion <br />was made by Lauri Redus, seconded by Nancy Anderson to approve the COA. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />B. 308 South Main Street – Britin Bostick representing property owners presented <br />the petition. Ms. Bostick stated they will be painting the trim around windows, <br />and doors. The color they are proposing is not one of the historic colors; therefore <br />we need approval from the commission. The proposed color is called "useful <br />grey" and would be applied to all trim areas and eaves. Motion was made by <br />Douglas Cox, seconded by Lauri Redus to approve the COA. One Lamar Avenue – Scott Building – Motion was made by Lauri Redus, <br />seconded by David Stewart to approve the fagade grant.
